This weekend was pretty much spent getting ready for the holidays. Saturday, Rob and I decided last minute to go to the Grey Sharks rugby get-together (basically, all the alumni from the program). We had a good time there, and then headed home to relax together. It was a really nice day!
Sunday, my sister came over to help us clean and decorate a bit.

So, I sort of took a mini blogging vacation last week and it was a great idea! I didn’t realize I needed it but it was a nice break from the computer. I spend a lot of time in front of this little blue screen between blogging and my research. Sometimes you need to just step away.
Wow I am tired today! So if you’ve been around for a while, you might have noticed that I’ve stopped complaining about my sleep and being tired. That’s because I’ve been sleeping great for the past few months! I don’t know what changed but I’m happy. Well, my healthy weekend didn’t quiet go as planned. I didn’t go crazy but I wasn’t good either! First, I didn’t want to go for a run on Friday but had to do something active. I ended up doing about 40 minutes of Zumba on our XBox Kinect and then we played some easy tennis. Only 30 minutes in though, my ankle started to hurt,
