Hello everyone! Finally a free day! This has been one hell of a winter “break”. First, it was chaos getting ready for Christmas. Then I had a paper to finish and got a horrible cold. I just spent the last couple of days visiting a friend.

Happy New Year! The new year is kind of fun because everyone is excited to jump on the healthy band wagon. I like seeing people motivated to get in shape and eat right. It also makes it a lot easier for me to stay on track with my goals when everyone else wants to do the same thing. Minimal bad influences around!
