Kayaks & Pirates

Registered For My First Triathlon!

Because I wasn’t crazy enough, I’ve added another race to my schedule! I’ve registered for the Pedal Paddle Run – a triathlon of sorts… You see, instead of swimming, they have you kayak!

I’m a few days late on my training recap from last week.  Yesterday was my board exam and it wasn’t a great experience (not surprised).  But my running last week was GREAT!
