Yesterday was going so well! I was right on track with calories, I felt good, I had a great dinner planned. The end of the day didn’t work out as well as I’d hoped as something came up and we ended up with burritos for dinner.

Yesterday, I talked about my training plans but I have not been exercising this week much at all. I have been using all my free time for packing and cleaning because I go home on Friday! I am really excited to be back home. It has been a great experience in Florida but I am really ready to be back in my own home again.

And you can see, I didn’t pack a salad in the salad Blox but rather a “burrito bowl” as I’ll call it. By using this container, I could keep the lettuce separate so it wouldn’t get soggy. It worked well though I packed the wrong ratios and am trying
This weekend was pretty much spent getting ready for the holidays. Saturday, Rob and I decided last minute to go to the Grey Sharks rugby get-together (basically, all the alumni from the program). We had a good time there, and then headed home to relax together. It was a really nice day!
Sunday, my sister came over to help us clean and decorate a bit.
I managed to hit the gym on Monday morning at the crack of dawn. I did my lifting workout again and found it quite boring. It also takes too long for the amount of time allotted for the gym in the morning with Rob. We ride together to save fuel and he has to be to work! So
