I’m back from vacation! Well, not really. The last few days, I took sort of a personal vacation from life. I stayed home a lot, I cleaned the house, I studied or not, I hung out with Rob, I skipped the gym, and I obviously ignored my blog. And it was just what I needed.
It’s Monday’s already?? I definitely don’t have enough time over the weekends or enough organization. The time just speeds right by!
I have no idea what I did on Friday. There were attempts at homework. Then I had a major headache for the early afternoon followed by a crappy gym session. I sooooo did not want to be there (and it didn’t help that when
I have to admit, Rob and I have been really lax on the whole no-gluten-eat-paleo thing lately. I started to ease up a few months ago and finally just stopped worrying altogether in June for the sake of my sanity. It was enough to just worry about getting a workout and tracking my food without having to stress over the types of food.
What a day yesterday! I took a rest day from the gym but I spent the whole day cleaning and organizing. We are still dealing with all of the boxes from when I moved home. Hello there! I don’t know if anyone is reading today but I must blog. I was deathly sick last week and am finally feeling better. Amid all that bobsledding fun, I got food poisoning. Severe. Details not required but I was sick from Wednesday through Thursday. Then I was still woozy and couldn’t eat a thing. I’m still feeling off, as its hard to eat
This week is an easy task. Every day, I want you to come to write something positive down.
