Fit Approach and #1MillionMiles

1 Million Minutes SweatPink

I don’t normally join in on big group projects but Fit Approach is doing a #1MillionMinutes challenge with their ambassadors and followers.  Since I am an ambassador, I figured I should get off my butt and join the movement!

They sent us a Mad Lib to fill out to share with our readers so here it goes:

I am so excited to join #1MillionMinutes with #sweatpink! This summer my goal is to do  500 (number) minutes of triathlon training (activity), while wearing my favorite pink (color) tank top (noun).

I predict that we’ll crush (Verb) the goal of #1MillionMinutes – we’ll actually hit 1,500,000 (number) of minutes this summer! I predict that running (activity) will be the top-logged movement.

I’ll get extra minutes in by walking (verb) to Starbucks (place)!

My favorite way to get extra minutes in is by riding bikes (verb) with Rob (person). Rob (person) is my BEST activity partner because he/she is so active (adjective). Our favorite way to relax post-workout is to cook dinner.
