      1. Tiff – I can count on your for an ironman right? You’ll do fine on the marathon part. You just have to swim 2 miles and bike 100 beforehand. Sounds easy right?? šŸ˜›

  1. Lovin’ your list!!! I feel like if you had a goal # 8 it would be to climb Mount Everest! šŸ™‚ HA HA!! Hm, as far as a long term healthy goal for me…. Well I am currently already doing all of the goals I have enlisted… eating VERY healthfully, exercising daily, getting LOTS of sleep, vitamins, laughing… I’ll just keep doing what I am doing! šŸ™‚
