Since I’m struggling to come up with blog topics lately, I thought I would use the typical Blogger trick of using repeating posts! Some ideas:
- Motivation Monday
- Wordless Wednesday
- What I Ate Wednesday
- Five Things Friday
- Thankful Thursday
You get the idea. There are also the personal surveys and things like that. I figure this is a good place to start until I can get my blogging mojo back! To kick things off, I thought I should update you with some yummy things I’ve been eating lately (Wordless Wednesday would just be an entire post of cat photos so…)
Want pizza and you are trying to be healthy and not spend money? Make it yourself!
Bay’s Sourdough English Muffins are the bomb (and available at Target in the refrigerated section). They are from Chicago and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get them here!
I’m also in love with the Fandom collection of tea from Adagio Teas. This Raggedy Man, Goodbye tea is freaking awesome and I melt over the tin box. If you need an idea for Christmas presents, check out their collection.
I just got 2 new ceramic coated pans for $12 at KMart. This omelet takes about 10 minutes to make in the small pan. Easy, healthy breakfast!
I had this beet and butternut squash salad at a local restaurant. It was so delicious. Please someone teach me how to make this at home.
I made soup last week while I was sick. This is huge for me because I am terrible at making soup. I didn’t even use a recipe!
Ironically, I just finished reading a book on Paleo eating and all the biological processes that happen when you eat certain foods (not just grains). I always struggle between what I know is healthiest and what tastes good. LoL. Well, I’ll write a review soon!
Sounds good to me! 🙂 Your soup looks delicious.
I love all the soups you posted on your Instagram this week! They always look awesome!
My Endocrinologist wants me to do an experiment with Paleo eating to see how it affects my blood sugars, I’m scared and a bit lazy 😉
It will definitely help with blood sugars! Have you read up on it yet? I have read several books that might be helpful. There are reviews here if you have questions!
the soup looks delicious!
