Busy Student Bee

Good afternoon!  It’s a been a few days since I’ve blogged.  I know I’ve been slacking lately.  I am usually good at blogging every weekday but lately I fizzle out mid week.  I’m just so busy!  School is pretty overwhelming right now.

Anyway, just wanted to do a little Friday recap of my week fitness-wise

Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday:  Body Beast Shoulders
Monday:  3 Miles
Tuesday:  Body Beast Chest and Tris
Wednesday:  Body Beast Legs
Thursday:  Lazy Bum (busy too)
Friday:  Plan:  Body Beast Back and Bis

Not a bad week as long as I get my planned workout in today!  I had been really struggling with fitness the last few months so this is a huge improvement for me.  I would have liked to have gotten another run in but it is what it is.  Hopefully this storm will pass over this weekend and I can get another 3 miles in Saturday or Sunday.

No other big plans.  I have a lot of homework and research to do this weekend and only have plans to go out on Saturday with some friends.  I better get going so I can get back to all that work!

  1. Great job getting some fitness in! I know it can be crazy with a busy schedule! Well with the rest of the weekend I hope to get some miles in on the Tmill and my Hubby will be coming home today after a week in Vegas for a work convention so excited to see him too!
