Local Eats: Harley Dawn Diner

Are you getting the feeling that we:
1)  Really like diners
2)  Like to eat out for breakfast.

Because we do!  Ok, yesterday before heading to my grandmother’s house for Easter, we had breakfast at the Harley Dawn Diner in Hammonton, NJ.

I absolutely LOVE their pancakes here so that is what I always get.  I also wanted protein so I got some eggs white scrambled.  Special #1 is pancakes and eggs with bacon so I just ordered that because it was cheap!  Rob got his favorite again (waffle).

I definitely reccommend this place.  It is right on the Black Horse Pike (route 322) on the way between Atlantic City and Philadelphia for any of you who go down to the shore in the summer.  The staff is friendly, the food is always fresh, and it has that cute diner feel.  Oh, I almost forgot to mention they grind their coffee beans fresh.  How cool is that?  Love this place!  Its just far enough away from me that is a treat to go there too 🙂

  1. I've been past there! Love diners! We had several where I grew up in NY but not as many as in NJ…
You must have been heading up my way if Hammonton was on your way…too funny….we went to Medford for Easter – only about 15 minutes away…and only farms between home and my in-laws!
