Weekly Plan 1/14/13

I can’t seem to compose my thoughts today about anything in particular so I’ll just make a little plan for the week to keep up a healthy lifestyle!

emoticon I bought an adjustable kettlebell this weekend! So my plan will be to get in 2 workouts using it. I can do my own thing or use one of my Bob Harper DVDs.

emoticon Even though my toenail is freaking me out (and somewhat falling off but not all the way yet), its no excuse to not get back into running. I want to run at least twice this week, even if its just a short jog.

emoticon Keep doing my 125 crunches a day. I said I would do it for 125 likes on my Facebook page and its going well so far! I want to reach 200 by February 1st and I will do 100 crunches and 100 squats every day if i do. (Help me out by sharing my page!)

emoticon I’ve been mostly good avoiding grains but I really need to stop all gluten products (bread is bad). My goal is to not have any at all (hardest will be the weekend).

emoticon Eat all the veggies I have in my fridge right now!

emoticon Finally, I have a lot on my school to-do list and need to get it done! Every day, I will make a list of small things that I know I can get done that day and check them off one by one!

And that’s more than enough to worry about! Now, off to work on that to-do list!
