Year-End Plan

Sugar sugar sugar!  Those cookies are going to be the death of me.  The next few days are going to be up in the air so I’m just trying to make it to Monday.

With that being said, I have gained some weight back!  First time since losing it all and its so frustrating!  I know what I need to do but lately I just haven’t been feeling the spark.  My plan is to make it to New Years.  By that I mean for the next week, I’m going to work on these things:

  1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  2. Eating clean!
  3. Track my food

I am going to do my best to track, try to eat clean 85% of the time, and drink as much water as possible.  Then on New Year’s, I plan to retake my measurements and start 2012 off on the right foot.  I will need to be full swing into my marathon training so that will be good for more.

Speaking which, it hasn’t been going well.  My legs are still killing me from Tuesday’s workout but are feeling much better today.  Yesterday it really hurt to just walk by the end of the day.  Anyway, I am hoping that the rest of training goes more smoothly.  I don’t want to have to drop down to the half marathon for that day.  That would be a real bummer but with the way things are going…  But let’s hope no more major muscle pain between now and March!

This blog is getting a little long so I’m actually going to leave out a bit!  Ha!  I’ll end with some fun pictures from shopping with my sister.  She had to return some things to Ikea and I tagged along.  We ended up doing some more Christmas shopping too.   We had way too much fun at Pier 1!

  1. I Love IKEA and that apron! Im sorry to hear you gained some weight back. Just nip it in the butt now!
