First, congrats on finishing the first month!  We are half way there!!!

Weekly Focus:  Increase Your Workouts

This week, I jut want you to concentrate on really getting your workouts in.  Make an attempt to get in 1 extra, push a little harder, run an extra mile, etc.  Just really push it this week!

Monday:  Amp Your Workout

Today, work on increasing the difficulty of your workout.  Up your weights, run a little faster, hold that pose a little longer.  Whatever works!

Tuesday:  Sugar Free Day

I know last week was vice-free week but I think we all need a “no added sugars” day. Fruit and natural sweeteners are ok with me.  Avoid regular sugar, artificial sweeteners, and sweet processed foods.

Wednesday:  Read a Health Article

Today, share an article or book you’ve read recently with the group.  Give us a little review and your thoughts or questions on the article!  Good or bad!

Thursday:  HIIT & Abs

Today, its time to up the ante.  Do a double workout such as a HIIT workout and then an ab routine.  You can use one of these HIIT workouts if you need ideas!

Friday:  How You Inspire Others

Today, tell me about how you try to inspire others to be healthy.  Maybe you are the silent role model (quietly declining sweets at work meetings) or an active motivator (fitness instructor).  Tell us how you do it!

Saturday:  Add 10 Minutes

Simply add 10 minutes to your workout for the day.  If it’s a rest day, consider 10 minutes of easy yoga or stretching.

Sunday:  Recipe: Cranberries

This week’s recipe challenge is to add cranberries, fresh or dried.  Share your recipe with us!
