Plan for Week of Dec 8, 2013

Hello! Another quick blog tonight. Plans for the week:

  • Monday – I have an exam so I will spend the day studying like crazy. Exam is at 1:30. Monday night is up in the air. Get to bed early.
  • Tuesday – I just have classes so I plan on hitting the gym in the morning.
  • Wednesday – Long day of meetings and things. Probably a lot of eating of free foods so don’t expect anything special. I have to take the early train so no gym. Wednesday evening, review session for a final. Home very, very late.
  • Thursday & Friday – Both free from school. Studying for finals. Gym both days.
  • Saturday – 2-3 possible events. Busy day out of the house. Will do my best tracking food.
  • Sunday – Another free day – Will spend it with my husband, probably cleaning and decorating the house.

All Week

  1. Track my food as best I can every day.
  2. Hit the gym 3 times (at least).
  3. Work on drinking more water.

I also feel like I’m coming down with something. I’m hoping it is just dehydration but I’m chugging water like crazy and taking my wellness supplement every 3 hours (with 1290mg of Vitamin C!). I don’t want to be sick during finals! Now, its off to bed for my early morning tomorrow!

  1. That is a great plan! I definitely need to hit the gym this week, I have been steady on my weight the past three wks, time to lose!

  2. Feel better! Stress is a real B on immune system. Ever try Zicam or Cold Eze? that stuff’s golden but you have to start using it at the beginning. It doesn’t fix your cold but it cuts the time to get better.
