Almost went 2 days without a blog! Shocker, right? But truth is, I just have nothing to talk about. Ha! A lot of my blogs take a lot of forethought and I just haven’t have time this week. I need to balance school with health and blogging is one of the first things to go when I’m running short on time. I tried blogging yesterday while I ate my breakfast but nothing seemed interesting so I decided to just skip a day instead. Today has just been go-go-go! So no time today either.
But that is the key to keeping a healthy lifestyle, keeping priorities in balance. Blogging helps to keep me on track seeing as I have like-minded healthy people reading and checking up on me (and I thank you for that!) but getting a workout in and cooking healthy meals really gets ranked higher! Yesterday, I skipped my Insanity workout in order to get homework done and go to classes. But I made sure to do today’s first thing. So until the end of the semester, I’m sorry if my blogs are a little lack luster. I promise I have some good ones coming up though! And until then, I’m sure you guys don’t want to hear about my homework! Although that could be a new facet of the Chicken Scoop? Food, Fitness, Farming, and Physics? Hm…
