Workout of the Day
I have been thinking about doing a workout of the day at the bottom of my blog each day but I don’t know if that would be annoying. Thought it would be more interesting once I started marathon training? Anyway! Today was Insantiy Max Interval Plyo aka Push Up Day. I can definitely say my push ups are getting better! Woohoo! 440 calories burned!
