30-By-30 Week 8

Weight181.6 lbs 
My weight just keeps bouncing around 180lbs.  I’m thinking that 30 By 30 probably isn’t a realistic goal at this point, especially since I lift weights often (which pack on muscle, meaning you lose fat but not weight).  I’m not going to stop with these weekly updates though!


Nutrition – ???
My week was going pretty well actually but Wednesday was all wonky because I ate most of my meals out of the house.  It amazes me how many calories a restaurant can pack into a sandwich!  I seemed to be eating really well but I didn’t track so I can’t say anything of my calories.


Fitness – Crash and BurnFitness_2014-02-21

The week started out great, especially considering I went to Zumba on Thursday night also.  Then I took a rest day Sunday because I was so sore.  Mondays and Thursdays are always just walking at school.  Wednesday was crazy and Tuesday, I was dead to the world (poor sleep).  And now its Friday again!


Sleep – I Just Wanna Sleep!
I don’t know what was happening this week but I slept terrible.  Let’s go back to the wondrous world of slumber we had last week, okay?


Mood – Cranky Pants
Lack of sleep made me very charming this week!  Actually, I wasn’t too cranky, just really, really drowsy.


Summary – Nothing special
There was nothing very good nor very bad this week.  It was just kind of there. 


Things I Did Well

  1. Hitting the gym on the weekends!
  2. Avoiding excessive sugar.
  3. Eating healthy home-cooked meals when they were available.

Things To Work On

  1. Hitting the gym the rest of the week.
  2. Better sleep.
  3. Tracking my calories.

    I feel like this week is done and over. We both seem to have just stucked in the same place. Now time to move on, and get things going!

    It’s a new day and a new week…go get it! Stay focused on what you know you need to do and Get “er Done! By staying focused and aware of what you are doing (both the good and that which needs some work) you are being successful in making positive changes! Keep up the great focus and awareness!
