Inspiring Women

I forgot to post my challenge from yesterday!  It was to tell us something that inspires you to be healthy and fit.  What I find most inspiring are strong, sculpted women. Not just women who look strong, but who *are* strong, especially the athletes who participate in CrossFit. Every workout I do is not only to help me lose weight and look good (because who doesn’t want to look good?) but also to help me be stronger and give me the ability to do amazing things. Every-day things like lifting a heavy bag of chicken feed, to not-so-every-day things like running marathons. I am inspired to be healthy and strong like these women!

As for my Week 2, I don’t even want to talk about it!  Eating was terrible.  I didn’t get 10 minutes of exercise per day.  I didn’t always get my water.  On the bright side, I got off my butt and worked out on Saturday.  I did a video from Brazilian Butt Lift and OMG I am sore today!!!  My ankle is a little sore too so I may have overdone it over the weekend with the workout and walking too much.  I plan on doing my cardio circuit tonight (below) and lots of yoga to stretch things out.  I’m also going to do some ankle stretches to make sure I don’t hurt it!

No other big plans for this week.  I am looking forward to the holiday weekend, getting to spend some time with Rob.  I also have a take home exam though so I will have to do that too at some point.  I am just a little bummed I can’t run the 5K on Thanksgiving that I like to do!  Oh well!  Still have to give this ankle a little more rest time.  Alright, not much else to talk about today.  There is lots going on but I have to save topics for another day!  Happy Monday!
