Lazy Week

Lazy Lazy Lazy.  That’s me.  I don’t know what was with me this last week but I didn’t want to do a thing and I totally gave in!  It was beautiful on Wednesday, I had no classes, and I didn’t once think to go for a run.  It’s a never ending struggle for me, getting workouts in every day.  I’ve never been good at that.  I’m still working on it!  Today, its sunny but cold.  I can totally do an easy 3 miles.  No excuses, right?!

Food has been pretty good, not that I have pictures for you.  I have yet to track for yesterday either.  It was higher calorie meals but almost no snacks.  My downfall though was the car ride home.  I had too many munchies in the car with me and my willpower was in the dirt!

I think a huge part of this lack of motivation has been caffeine!  I go through phases where I drink none and then a lot and then none.  Well, its back to cutting it out.  I am going to buy some decaf coffee because I still enjoy having my morning cup.  It’s a comfort thing and helps me start my morning!  Hopefully this will help with energy levels in the afternoons!

That’s it for today, just a bunch of babble.  I have homework to do and want to run some errands so its time to be off!  No major plans for the weekend here.  Just lots of work to do.  I also need to get some things out of storage to take to school.  Time to get started!  Have a great weekend!
