Nicely Settled In!

Good news!  I saw my doctor this morning and I do not have a stress fracture.  It is a stress reaction to that run I did a few weeks ago – basically the bones are inflamed.  He was glad I came in and caught it early so I can baby it before it gets worse.  Basically, I just have to rest, ice, elevate, and no
