What a workout today. Caroline (the trainer and owner at Ambitious Fitness) really kicked my butt today. I think it was a combination of just having a blah day and the particular moves she picked but it really had me feeling exhausted.

Monday was my birthday so there were special meals out for that but we also just ate out more than usual this past week. I am so ready for home

Good morning! Last week was pretty slow on the fitness front. I was taking it easy, not stressing or killing myself. I even skipped the gym all week. I actually did that because I needed to field phone calls and other important things but I didn’t make up those workouts either. It was a rest week and it felt good. Your body needs that sometimes!
