Book Review: Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle

I received this book for free for the purpose of review. All opinions are my own. I was compensated in no other way.

When I got the opportunity to get a copy of Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, I jumped at the chance! I loved the description of the book and couldn’t wait to get started. Sadly, it came during midterms

Time for Goals!

It has not been easy to keep up with my blog during school! You guys know I’m busy so I don’t need to talk about it but next week, I will have a really hard time but I promise to write at least once!

Even being so busy, I’m doing pretty well with my health goals. I’m getting a decent amount of steps in (though

Quickie Update

Well, I can say that one benefit of being sick is that when you can’t taste your food, you only eat until you’re no longer hungry. You don’t keep eating just because it tastes good. Ha!

Yesterday, I got over 10,000 steps! Woohoo! At this rate, I’ll be back in shape in no time.

Lately, I have not been paying much attention to

Slamming into September

Happy Friday!!  I don’t have classes on Fridays and it is such a relief!  Phew!  And just think, that was only 2 days of classes (though I was there Monday too).  I will get used to it though.  It is always hectic the first few days of school when you are trying to find classes, buy books, get your ID, etc.

Sadly, I think
