A couple of weeks ago, I received a copy of “It Starts with Food” by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. I was really excited, as this book has been on my wish list for a while now. Good morning! I may be a little peppy this morning from my AM Yoga I did. I have been really tight and sore lately and I think I need to incorporate more yoga. I’m a week early though because next week on the Health Holidays challenge is relaxation/stretch it out week (oooh sneak peak!).
So lots of random things today. Rob and I didn’t do anything note-worthy over the weekend. I got my haircut but I look the same as the photo I just posted here (like the pic? I just added it!) We hung out with friends watching football on Saturday. So I guess just some things going on this week…
Just recently, I read the new book Quantum Paleo by Doug Willen on my Amazon Kindle app. I had completely forgotten about it but finally got around to reading it. I just finished it a few days ago and am still torn on it. Let’s just get into the meat of the book.
