Now that week 1 of Focus T25 Alpha phase is over, I can talk about the DVDs! The Alpha phase has 6 DVDs plus I received a bonus DVD for ordering trough my Beach Body Coach. Good morning! First, let’s talk about my workout yesterday. Strength training is super important and I have been a little slacking on it so instead of a run, I decided I would do a DVD. I love Bob Harper’s Inside Out method series of DVDs. These are not for the weak, they really kick my butt every time. Bob’s Workout was no different! I just
