Good morning! Last week was pretty slow on the fitness front. I was taking it easy, not stressing or killing myself. I even skipped the gym all week. I actually did that because I needed to field phone calls and other important things but I didn’t make up those workouts either. It was a rest week and it felt good. Your body needs that sometimes!
This weekend, Rod and I had absolutely no plans at all. It was Rob’s birthday on Saturday so I left it up to him what we would do.
