Delicious Eats: Breakfast Muffins, Italian Chicken and Broccoli, & Cauliflower Beef Stew

This week, I did my meal planning backwards. I noticed on my way to school that my favorite farm stand had just opened. I stopped in and got whatever looked delicious.

Then I based my meals around what I had bought. Of course, I have leftover stuff but it will last til next week. So, I haven’t cooked since Monday and its been wonderful!
